Worst Spec/Lowest DPS Thread

I thought it might be fun to put together some of the worst possible and lowest DPS specs possible with some ground rules:

1. Based around a focus like arcane, fire, or frost

2. 51 talent for the main spec miust be used

3. Class played properly and actually expertly, so the assumption is that a skilled player actually saddled with this spec will use all cooldowns, proper rotations and everything to do the best possible DPS with the spec

4. No choices of spells that are not used for the spec, so no reduction in fireball or frostbolt as an example

With these groundrules I came up with this winner for Arcane:

Obviously heavily crippled with no Missile Barrage, but will get a little SP back with frost warding and incanters absorption. Overall though even squeezing every single DPS out of the spec it would be pathetic.

The focus of this build is survivability and mana regen, so got all the talents that can boost these stats.

- 15% more intellect, but your intellect is not converted to spellpower
- the only damage increasing talents in Arcane are Spell Impact, Focus Magic
- insane mana regen and spell cost reduction from both arcane and frost. The reason to get that deep into frost is to get Frost Channeling.
- no cooldowns
- talents that boost chill effects and damage of Cone of Cold to use it in AoE fights :P

I have to say that this one would be quite awful for DPS, though you would never run out of mana.

My best, its a frost spec, that stresses blizzard....literally, blizzard will destroy kinda..lack of Ice Shards make crits hit like limp noodles and lack of Fingers of Frost makes shatter, brain freeze, and Deep freeze worthless points (as well as 2p t10)

Also has 0 CDs...well Ice Barrier :P
