Has the Cataclysm been forseen?

While exploring Orgrimmar today, I discovered an NPC by the name of Zilzibin Drumlore. He states this when spoken to:



This got me wondering, is he stating the Cataclysm, and has he forseen it? Or is there some other "ancient evil"? Your thoughts!

I think he's foretelling the return of Rag, seeing as that would be easier to foresee than Deathwing's uberplosion

Both of the expansions so far we're hinted about even in vanilla so I wouldn't be surprised about anything else.

He's talking about the Silithid. There's a quest chain that ends at that NPC about the introduction to the Silithid. I believe it starts in Tanaris.

I think the cataclysm is mean. In the offical Trailer the "ancient evil" that has risen, is Deathwing. So i think and mean the cataclysm created by Deathwing has been forseen by Drumlore.

Exactly, this guy is involved in an age-old quest line, involving the silithid in un'goro, feralas, the barrens and tanaris, the ancient evil is C'thun sigh...

Sadly, you were wrong.. Ancient Evil is ambiguous enough to apply to many many bosses. The fact Deathwings return is imminent makes him the main idea for this.. but it isn't him.

Because if its ancient you can give it appropriate lore.. if it was created yesterday, it has 24 hours of lore to work with.
