My 10 man managed to down Marrowgar Hard-mode without wiping for the first time yesturday, though we found that the fight went longer than usual, almost seems like he was stealth buffed at least somehow, since his HP count hasn't changed.

Marrowgar HM can also really ruin a raid if you start to get lazy with the fight. People not running as far away from bone storm running across lots of fire etc.

Not really sure what you're talking about. We did him on 10 and 25 heroic last night and broke our previous speed records by 27 and 38 seconds respectively. Certainly did not notice any added difficulty.

I didn't think he was any harder ... he was actually a bit easier with 5% more healing/health/dps. It is a RNG fight though, maybe you just had some bad luck.
