Getting Vote kicked

shouldn't save you to the instance. Gearing up my warrior I run PoS every day to get the 2 hander, and I have 4k GayScore and do about 3.5k DPS yet before we even get to the last boss usually sometime after the first boss I have been vote kicked because of my GayScore and am screwed on even attempting to get my weapon.

Fuck that, so anyway from now on I guess I'll just have to attempt to get someone kicked before me to secure my spot. I guess thats how blizzard intended vote kicking to work eh?

You have to be quite the "bad" to get vote kicked multiple times. Most people will just ignore your GS, even your DPS if your at least around 3k; but usually to get vote kicked you have to do something particularly stupid. If it was once, shrug it off. Repeats should tell you that perhaps you need look in the mirror for why your getting kicked.

This. Usually in RDF no one notices if you're quiet and like the quoted poster says dont do anything stupid. Just last night did a whole H:VH one DPS short basically. Before Cyanogisa a shammy says, "lol, i just switched to Enhancement and forgot to do something very important". He hadn't up'd his axe weapon skill and was doing like 500 dps. No one cared.

You don't even understand it yourself you idiot...GS is an addon wich is being abused, simple as that.

WoW would be better off without the addon.

I do 300-400 dps on my lvl 30 rogue with heirlooms...sad how some can't even manage that at 70. I still do tbc shit, i see it every day.

iLevel =/= gearscore for an item.
A level 1 say.. priest with BoA chest, shoulders, staff, 2x trinkets will have a GS of about 1200.

Heirloom items do inflate gearscore for lowbies.

OT:

I Guess you could try to figure out why exactly you're being kicked. 3.5k DPS is just fine for heroics. So long as you're not doing something bizarre, you shouldn't be drawing any attention to yourself enough to be vote kicked.
