Immediate changes:
- Regem your neckpiece with a Reckless Ametrine
- Regem your shoulders with a Reckless Ametrine
- Regem one of the sockets in your robe with a Purified Dreadstone
- Replace the Reckless Ametrines in your belt with Runed Cardinal Rubies
- Regem one of the sockets in your legs with a Purified Dreadstone
- Regem one of the sockets in your feet with a Purified Dreadstone
- Regem your Ashen Verdict ring with a Reckless Ametrine
- Rawr says you'll get approximately +25 DPS by enchanting your MH with Black Magic, but that's up to you

You're over the hit-cap because of your neck and legs.

Near future changes:
- Craft Leggings of Woven Death and gem with a Reckless Ametrine, Runed Cardinal Ruby, and Purified Dreadstone

This would put you 33 over the hit-cap without a shadow priest/boomkin (which is 289) and replacing your OH, wand, and neck would help lower this further. I see that your guild has killed Princes and BQ a few times, so if you upgrade to Blood Queen's Crimson Choker and Shadow Silk Spindle you'd be at 213 hit, which is right where you want to be (210 with a shadow priest/boomkin).

Red socket: Runed Cardinal Ruby
Yellow slot: Reckless Ametrine
Blue slot with +5 sp: Runed Cardinal Ruby
Blue slot with +7 sp: Purified Dreadstone

If you're >1150 haste, it's also recommended to take +63 sp rather than Black Magic on your weapon.
