arms warrior and arp

actually im gearing my old warrior. heres a link.

but i question myself now how much arp i need to reach hardcap with battle stance, 2pt9 and maybe mace specialisation if i get an icc 2h mace.

as far as i know that debuffs (sunder armor, fairy fire etc) just reduce armor before, but i would still need 1400 arp for max armor reduction. but do battle stance and mace specilisation count to my actual arp?

so as example i use battle stance + mace spec. = 25% arp, so i only need to get 1050 arp (966 with additional 2pt9) for hardcap? or does it just reduce armor like the debuffs before the actual arp rating?

P.S., you don't want to get a Mace, rather get an Axe. With some ICC parts you'll be sitting @ 100% arpen(remember the food too) in no time.
