So, i'm trying to to be creative with my power auras and one of it's key options is keeping me from being able to do what i have planned properly.
the "Invert Aura when timer below: XXsec" option is what's getting me...
it's such a small tiny slider bar and it's assigned to a 0 to 300 seconds range... and each second is split into fractions as follows: 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2... and so on.
the issue is, the range is so broad on such a tiny bar that i can't properly get the timings i need.
i'm trying to use seconds 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2 but the damn thing is so touchy that 1 small movement on that bar and it jumps from 2 to 6.25.
i've been digging my head into all the .LUA files to find and change the maximum value for this but my basic .LUA knowledge isn't getting my anywhere. anyone out there with Power Auras and .LUA knowledge mind having a look at this and helpin out? i'd like to change the max value to say 30 seconds or 60 seconds... something a little more respectable to manage.
in all honesty... the option is ment to give you a short head of time awareness that one of your long CD's is about to be useable again. so why the designer thought it was needed to have a 300 second max limit is beyond me... i don't know about any of you, but i really don't need to know when my CD is 5 minutes away from being able to use... 10-15 seconds at most is good enough...
