    Power Auras Classic help!

So, i'm trying to to be creative with my power auras and one of it's key options is keeping me from being able to do what i have planned properly.

the "Invert Aura when timer below: XXsec" option is what's getting me...

it's such a small tiny slider bar and it's assigned to a 0 to 300 seconds range... and each second is split into fractions as follows: 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2... and so on.

the issue is, the range is so broad on such a tiny bar that i can't properly get the timings i need.

i'm trying to use seconds 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2 but the damn thing is so touchy that 1 small movement on that bar and it jumps from 2 to 6.25.

i've been digging my head into all the .LUA files to find and change the maximum value for this but my basic .LUA knowledge isn't getting my anywhere. anyone out there with Power Auras and .LUA knowledge mind having a look at this and helpin out? i'd like to change the max value to say 30 seconds or 60 seconds... something a little more respectable to manage.

in all honesty... the option is ment to give you a short head of time awareness that one of your long CD's is about to be useable again. so why the designer thought it was needed to have a 300 second max limit is beyond me... i don't know about any of you, but i really don't need to know when my CD is 5 minutes away from being able to use... 10-15 seconds at most is good enough...

    better yet!

if someone could point out in this string what i would need to modify that secific option and just do it the long way?

this string should be showing the invert aura timer below option as 5 seconds and the animation time as 5 seconds aswell. i need someone to point one what those two parts of the string are and what i would need to put in to modify for the exact timing i'd like to use.

    Re: Power Auras Classic help!

The thing about this aura is that it will appear 5 seconds before your Innervate comes off cooldown, and then it will disappear when your Innervate is ready, since the animation duration is only 5 seconds.

This aura wouldn't work without an actual timer, besides the 5 second invert option it "needs" a timer too. What I had to do was enable an actual timer with numbers counting down, even though I made it nearly invisible by making it super duper tiny and right underneath the spinning icon. Then when I exported it with the timer shown, it had a few more strings of data in the code... more data than the one you posted since the timer box wasn't checked, therefore it doesn't remember the duration data, and appeared to me as 0 seconds.

Since I could only choose either 4.5 or 5.5 seconds, I chose 5.5 and found the line that said timer.InvertAuraBelow:nu5.5, changed it to 5 and re-exported it for you.
