There are exceptions to any rule. I usually top meters, HoP Healers, move out of fires and the like and I consider myself kind and patient while raiding, but I use these kinds of macros. You can be skilled and have that sense of humour - Never judge a book by its cover

Isn't there a way so you can say a random one of those...out of a selection? Like a cast random macro of some sort? This way people won't be like, "This gets old fast." And stuff...
