Why Hunters are STILL called Huntards

    This is why.

While during the formation of an ICC25 pug a hunter shows signs of Hurpderpacitis.

Raid Leader: Why should I bring you hunter?

Hunter: cuz im gud i top dmg in bgs

Me: Not really that hard as hunter.

Hunter: ya well i top killin blows n flag caps

Me: Again, not that hard, you kind of just stand there and shoot shit while everyone else brawls.

    The following happens through whispers:

Hunter: yah but thats hard as a huntar cuz i dont have bubbles or healz

    Me: Ok and?

Hunter: i cant do much when ur in my deadzone

    Me: Wait... what deadzone?

Hunter: *Links Auto-Shot [5 yard minimum]* see!!!!!

Me: 5 yards is melee range.

Hunter: yeah but i only have like 3 moves for melee and only 2 do dmg

Me: Wingclip, trap, scatter shot, disengage, deterence, feign death.

Hunter: yah but u just bubble and stun me

    Me: PvP Trinket?

Hunter: but i stunned a second time

Me: You mean Repentance? Breaks on damage. Master's Call doesn't work?

Hunter: well then idk maybe i should stick to pve

    Me: Probably.
Oh yeah and he tried using pvp to justify why we should keep him in the raid. We did keep him in the raid, he killed the Darnavan. The raid leader wouldn't reset the fight. The bow dropped, he wasn't allowed to roll. The mail legs dropped. He wouldn't have been allowed to roll had I not convinced the raid leader otherwise. He was actually kept despite him only pulling 4k dps and never being above 15th on the meters and not doing anything but shoot the boss.

It was quite clear he didn't know what he was doing. You may think I was hostile but the hunter actually thanked me for our conversation.

During the run a different hunter has his pet run off into the middle of the first room of Marrowgar trash, pulling the ENITRE room. His excuse is "I was drinking idk why my pet ran off." He didn't "stick around."

Edit: Clarification, apparently we have some butthurt hunters who like to take things out of context and project.

This scenario happens with someone of every class 1000 times per day. There is no relationship between being a retard and picking a specific class.

    He tops the DPS chart.
So u should keep him instead of asking him PvP questions while hes obviously a PvE.

I don't know. That Hunter then went on to kill Darnavan.

Only person to continue attacking the add while I'm heal tanking him.

Oh and Zod's just dropped... guess who didn't get it!?

Are you really that stupid? Really? Name one class that can't top meters that easily.

    ^^^ This....

There is a Ret on my server with all kinds of ArP gear, cause u know his GS is so important, who also likes to stand in front of mobs to melee them.....including Marrowgar. But at the same time I saw a hunter with Strength Gear along with Stregnth and MP5 Gems. When I asked him about it I was told "Cause I'm Beast Mastery NOOB!". Every class has bad/stupid players. Ppl like to pick on Hunters cause they think the class is easy and OP on the meters unlike Arcane who have 2 attacks, with a 3rd on a proc. They put down our class yet we are asked to handle all CC on every fight in ICC. Blood Queen is the only fight where Hunters do not have a disadvantage or additional resposibilty compared to the rest of the raid.

Your hunter friend here reminds me of a hunter that got pulled into a GDKP run I attended the other day. He was invited because he showed that he had over 10k gold. Thing is, though, he couldn't of been 80 for more than a couple of hours, because the only thing he had achievements for were a handful of heroics. He had a tanking neck piece, spell power gloves, enchanted and gemmed for int... He was Beast Mastery, never had a pet out, had 8 unspent talent points, and either melee'd or volley'd bosses, with the occasional arcane shot

The raid leader expressed very clearly, "Darnavan is circle; Do not target circle, do not kill circle. We're keeping it rooted in the back of the room." But this hunter was off in his own little world, and as soon as he saw a mark, he thought "It's marked: GOTTA KILL IT." Why, oh why Darnavan was the only thing this hunter ever used an actual ranged rotation on, I'll never know. Because right after he burned Darnavan right to death, he turned and started to rub his face all over Deathwhisper's shield.

The kicker was that he bid really high numbers on every piece of mail and every one handed weapon with agility or armor pen on it.

I'm aware that there are retards in every class, but for some reason, every time I attend a PuG, it's always either a hunter or a DK.

What? Marrowgar: Bone spikes are for everyone. LDW: Adds are for everyone. Gunship: nvm, still nothing for only hunters.
DBS: Adds are for all ranged. Fester: Nothing special here. Rot: Nothing here either. Put: Nope. BP: Hunters are usually on ball duty, I'll give you that. Can be handled quite well by pets. BQ you mentioned. Valithria, kiting zombies might count. Sind: nope. LK: nope. so for 2/3 out of 12, hunters have to actually do something out of the ordinary.

The funniest part is the Ret Paladin who thinks he is hot shizz just because he met a clueless Hunter. It's like when Hardy thinks he is a genius for outsmarting Laurel.

Re: Why Hunters are STILL called Huntards

This belongs in the PvP forums. I have seen much worse incidents of hunters being huntards. As people have said though, every class has its fair share of spastic players. Within any given population, a certain percentage are below the intelligence threshold. It's life; it's fate; it's unavoidable. The trick is being able to deal with mindbending durpadurpa moments that special players throw at those around them.

    For the Alliance!

The conversation shows that you are at least as "retarded" as the hunter. The fact that you made this threads shows you're far worse.

lol you have 14 more posts then him, you're a real veteran here. Also, he noted that you would bubble, heal, stun, repentance, thats how we know you are a ret paladin.

i know a guy who plays a hunter in the same net caffee with me,he gems on his gear yellow-crit,red-ap,blue-stamina there are no other gems for him and he always sockets the same colour gem with the socket.if there are 2 blue sockets on an item he will gem stamina to get socket bonus.
i also know a guy who run heroics as DK tank and the only think he does is to drop a DnD and then just autoattack i gave him instructions how to tank and what rotation to use and he still uses his way of dnd and autoattack!
those guys WILL NEVER learn how to play they dont care and the worst is they believe they play the right way.
you could easily see who was huntard on encounters like Gluth but this days passed.i miss bosses like him,if hunters failed it, raid wiped and hunter kicked.
