addon to turn others on/off ingame

I have heard that there's an addon that will let you turn other addons on and off in game without relogging or reloading the UI? I have looked for it and can't find anything like that, but I thought I'd ask here to see if something like it actually exists. Thanks.

You cannot disable or enable most addons without at least reloading the UI.
Pretty sure that addon is doing just.
ACP, Ampere amongst others all do the same, where you get a checklist of loaded addons, you check or uncheck, then either manually or through a button reload the UI.

check/uncheck and /reload is way faster than logging out and in tho
