Shoulders of mercy killing or t10

Should I use http://www.wowhead.com/item=49991 or http://www.wowhead.com/item=50279 for the maximum dps?

If i use the t10 shoulders i will get the 4 piece item bonus, so i guess those, but I am not sure so im asking you guys

Both have haste, so use the tier. To get the 4piece, you have to use either the legs or the hands, neither of which has haste. If you used offset shoulders, that would mean that you would just have to use a different piece of tier that has NO haste on it. It comes down to personal choice what offset piece you want to use (legs or hands), but head, shoulders, and chest tier10 is pretty much BiS.

Three things.

1. you want 4 piece, 4 piece is good.
2. Gloves and Legs are the worst tier pieces in general.
3. Leg or Glove off-tier is best.

Midnight Sun is actually pretty good for arcane, though I agree that this question would still be silly.
