It's legit I went from worldofwarcraft.com to the armory tab they have and well it bring me to World of Warcraft Armeria.

Hmm perhaps u changed a setting somewhere on your computer/internet...

If it's the actual webpage, at the bottom there is options to change the language. Just change it back to English and you should be fine (or whatever your main language is).

Haha that's a rather hilarious joke.

Not as great as when my friend took my priest and put him on a floating block way below the main landmasses in Netherstorm without a hearthstone or flying mount (back then.) I convinced a mage there to suicide his way down the blocks and give me a portal.
