I would go with Zods, unless you are under the hit cap. Zods has more top end, and a "decent" proc as well.

go with Zod's the damage is decent and the proc is also quite nice

Without seeing the rest of your gear:

Zod's has better 'top end' damage, but will suffer compared to any other iLevel 264 ranged weapon with similar damage range because of RNG and player movement during fights.

Since the proc ONLY ticks off of your autoshots, any encounter where you have to move or target swap will drop the value of the Zod's proc.

http://www.femaledwarf.com/ is a fairly accurate and easy to use hunter dps simulator. You can use this to check gemming, speccing, gear, etc.
Bear in mind that Zod's will sim out with a HIGHER dps return on a sim than you will actually see in game due to, again, RNG and movement.

EDIT:
To clarify, I believe that Zod's will be better due to damage range than a 251 bow, BUT, it will likely show worse dps than a 258-264 weapon in actual raid situations.

edit: The LK10/LK10Heroic ranged should fit in there as well, but I'm not sure where at.
