Resto Shammy PvP help

So i was lookin to hop into the arena with my rogue friend and my rsham and had a couple gearing questions.
For hit, should i be gemming to hit the 90 pvp cap or should i get the trink from WG?
is any spell pen necessary? I was ele in bgs so im running about 100 but i dont know if ill need it as resto.
What are the best glyph choices? atm im using ES LHW and SC
Is the 4pc bonus worth it or should i run 2 2pc bonuses for resil

* 2 2pc only if your other gear sucks, but I would advice you to go full mp5
* your glyphs are good (sadly the only "setup" that is viable)
* spellpen: get back enchant and use 2 stormy or 4 purple (forgot name), that should be enough for motw, only for mages you need more, but 85 workt good for me so far, so your choice
* hit is important, but don't get the trinket, use ring and neck with hit (and maybe a gem) to get 4% (or better 6%)

Resto shaman and rogue are pretty good, but prepare to get raped by double dps more then you like.
If you happen to run into a lot of plate wearers, tell your friend to specc Hunger for blood.

and what should i be gemming? haste and sp or haste/stam sp/stam
