Need help with a warrior Macro

Basicly I'm looking for a macro, which will cast shield slam. Then devastate 4 times then back to shield slam.

You should have Devastate, Shield Slam, and Revenge on separate buttons and use them intelligently, since you have no fixed rotation, only a priority order and a 30% proc chance of a free Shield Slam.
