4pc T10. Which piece depends on the amount of +hit you want to keep, you're over the hit cap from gear alone right now, so you can afford to drop some with a Boomkin/Spriest/Draenei in your raids.

In the end you will want to use either the gloves OR pants (one or the other - not both) as your off-set item. Remember that VoA can drop your legs and gloves.

Given these two tidbits, you should be able to narrow down the decision substantially.
