Another Mage Trinket Help Thread

So Basically, im rolling with http://www.wowhead.com/item=50259 at the moment for both arcane and Fire spec

but ive got enough honor to buy either

i can also ( in a few badges time) buy http://www.wowhead.com/item=48724

i find that the crystal buff dissapears pretty much instantly, and yes i know 111 spell power is alot up front, but being arcane, as far as i understand, Haste is Priority.

so what do you guys think i should buy, i generally dont ask these things but i cant make my mind up =/

Get the badge trinket. The int one.

Get Talisman. But as far as I can remember the Use: affect on Talisman and the Shard have a 45sec internal CD so you can't use them bother together. You're quite over hit capped. You could probably afford to get Abyssal Rune aswell and use Abyssal Rune + Talisman as your trinkets until you can get your hands on something better.

Go to ToC5 normal couple of time. [Abyss Rune] one of the better trinkets for Arcane you can get before raiding and if you don't like clickable trinkets (bad use of it make it useless just buy [Sundial of the Exiled] for Heroism Badges).

Yeah, i bought the shard when i was under hit capped to hit cap me and never got around to replacing, i thought id get rid of the weaker link of the two trinkets since the haste on the crystal heart is quite nice

Just did TOC normal and the trinket dropped first time, now equipped over the nevermelting ice crystal =]

NM > Shard for you over the hit cap. 111 SP passive + a nice crit bonus is much better than wasted hit and 2min CD on haste. Sundial is a nice companion trinket to Abyssal rune tho, nice crit and a 45 second CD 600 SP proc for 10 seconds, which being up nearly 25% of the time actually makes it worth around 120-140 passive SP value.
