Who We Are:

Placeholder was made up of the two leading alliance guilds on Hellscream EU. Between us we have killed Muru and KJ pre-nerf and have all the server firsts pre Ulduar from SSC/TK onwards. This includes all server first titles and 10 mans etc. Currently in 25 man we are 1st for progress and achievements.

We are looking to increase our raiding roster by a few excellent players and we are quite open minded about the classes we would like to receive applications from. However -

Right now we are looking for:

2x Death Knight
1x Hunter
1x Mage
1x Warlock

What is more important to us than your class is that you are the sort of player who:

* Knows your class well (and can demonstrate this in your application)
* To have a fully prepared character, and to be min/maxing on every possible frontier.
* Being able to attend a majority of our raids
* Has an appetite for constant improvement, and proving yourself against everything the PvE game can throw at you.
* Beeing Situationally Aware. Knowing when to move, when to not, know when to dps, when to not.
* You are able to (at times) take harsh criticism and feedback on your performance
* Lag/disconnect free internet: We need you to have a good internet connection, A player that DC's every pull is near enough an empty raid spot.
* You are not planning on quitting WoW for the next 6 months

* Icecrown Citadel 25 Player (Normal): 12/12 (Heroic Mode): 11/12
* Icecrown Citadel 10 Player (Normal): 12/12 (Heroic Mode): 12/12, LK Heroic Down, Glory of the Icecrown Raider (10 Player) - Complete
* Coliseum 25 Player (Normal): 5/5 (Heroic Mode): 5/5 - Tribute to Insanity
* Coliseum 10 Player (Normal): 5/5 (Heroic Mode): 5/5 - Tribute to Insanity
* Ulduar 25 Player: (14/14) (Hardmodes: Glory of the Ulduar Raider), including Yogg+0
* Ulduar 10 Player: (14/14) (Hardmodes: Glory of The Ulduar Raider)

Raiding Schedule:

We raid 4 days a week 20:00-24:00 with optional fun 10 mans on off days often available. Fri, Sat and Tue are off days.

Requirements:

We expect people to be geared to the max of what they could, with a mix of Trial of the ( Grand ) Crusade/Icecrown as the very minimum.

Communication:

You need to be able understand English on our Ventrilo server. A microphone with a lot of background noise has no place here. I plus is if you also speak on ventrilo, but not a must.
