Haste item is in general good *don't* buy the BoE crafted icc legs since the frost badge chest is BiS non-HM. unless you plan to only do 10mans 4p tier10 will be a good choice. Specc into celestial focus and aim for 700-800 haste. 23 sp in red, 10 haste/12 sp in yellow and 10 spi/12 sp in blue.
