By "True Hard" I mean with the buff turned off. I'm sure the top guilds are floating about with enough heroic gear by now to at least attempt a buff-less ICC.

Why should they?
I'm pretty sure i read somewhere that Paragon, after successfully killing LK 25HM on a certain buff for a couple weeks, trys it 5% less, so yea, im sure there is a guild that has done it without any buff at all
you cant turn the buff down, its on or off.

6. Profit!
Not everyone else needs other people fawning over them to feel a sense of accomplishment.
No reason, just whenever someone brings up the casual vs hardcore debate and LK raiding versus prior, well the whole "if you want it hard you've got hard modes and you can always turn the buff off on the final raid!"
Which kind of made me wonder if anyone had. And yeah, I think they should have an achievement for that. I mean I don't ever want to be hardcore or anything, but I think it adds a lot of flair to a server when you see folks out there getting certain achievements that by their very nature are well ... hard.
lol, true hard, getting the achievement is true hard mode, get over it.
Honestly it doesn't even matter. Paragon killed him with the 5% buff. They could easily farm him WITH the buff and use the weapons that he drops that they otherwise would not have, to more than make up for the buff.
A buffless kill would mean nothing because it would be using gear that was obtained with the buff. And if someone did a buffless kill without any heroic LK loot then it still wouldn't matter for all of the previous reasons listed in this thread. So it's double pointless.
paragon did it at 5% which is basically 0% with the gear they had
