Has Blizzard been compromised?

My gf keeps receiving emails from legitimate blizzard emails that link to obviously fake websites to log account information. But how are people sending it from the emails? noreply@blizzard.com etc. I got a dozen emails from that address stating my faction changes, server changes etc. and hers links to a fake website.
