Help with my destro lock

I'm saving some trouble with dps, with my gear i was expecting to do a bit more, this is my first post so i cant link my warlock /sigh but if you go on wowarmoury my lock is called clóud from thunderhorn

if you could help with any suggestions it would be great.

my rotation use to be imolate,CB,conbust,incinerate
but lately found that not using CB in my rotation at all has boosted my dps a bit more.....

the main reason i think my dps is low is because of my haste, what would you suggest i change if that is the problem?
i usually hit about 6/7k in 25mans, and 4/5k in dungeons.
