Blood Legion Mage UI

Okay, I'm about to go crazy. I've been trying to find out what unit frames the mage (Zonker) from Blood Legion on US Illidan uses. I've messed with just about every single unit frames add on and the closest I got was with Pitbull, but you can't put borders on the portaits, and the portrait is offset. I have absolutely no knowledge as far as coding unit frames. Sooo your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!!

Portraits: ZMobDB
bottom panel: FuBar
Specific buffs/debuffs: Power Auras
Raid Frames: Grid
cooldowns on the left hand side: coolDown (VERY old addon in Files/Links section of our main page)

Use Kgpanels to make a border around you're unitframes.

But then if i don't have someone targeted I just have a random border sitting there. I already tried to deal with it.

You have to set the parent frame for the Kgpanel, I'd post a picture how I have it setup but I can't since I haven't made posts here.
