Where to email blizzard?

Well a while ago I was permanently banned from the official WoW forums for a minor account of trolling. I didn't think much of it but now I'm really missing those forums and I want to talk to a blizzard employee in hopes of getting my account unbanned. I tried emailing two different blizzard contacts, but I didn't get a response from either. I was wondering if anyone knows the proper place to send an email to appeal a permanent forum ban?

Normally a permanent ban is permanent, i don't think they will make an exception :/

Ehh I'm actually a pretty nice poster. I mean I didn't constantly troll the forums, I would make valuable posts, sometimes though I'd just feel like an asshole and troll a bit. I guess I'll just stick here and perhaps it's true I got what I deserved for trolling, although I guess it's good the ban taught me a lesson cant win em all
