Yeah, I know. Blizzard designed the system to work that way and that is simply how it is. A Paladin with Imp BoM buffs me with BoM but all I see is the standard +550ap when I hover over the buff tooltip.
But i'm a bit surprised - why hasn't Blizzard changed this? They've gone and made plenty of convenience changes in the past, from a built-in threat meter to allowing you to remember ranks of skills when you respec rather than having to buy them again. How come they never "fixed" the buff issue? It seems like something they'd do... only they haven't. So im guessing there is a technical explanation to it.
