ok so I stopped playing wow as 3.3 came out.....
so now what is the best spec to use ? at that time elemental was ahead of enhanced..
where can I find any info for best talents and great dps
what changes have been done ?

Check out Elitest Jerks. They're a good source when it comes to talents, gear, gems, enchants, glyphs, and just about every other thing you may need.

it depends on what you want to play. do you want to play a thundering charger that unleashes the powers of storm, earth and fire in close range, hacking and beating their way through the opponent, along with your trusted wolf pets? then play enhancement.
however, if you want to stay in the back, setting the enemy aflame and throwing molten lava and fierce lightning at them? then play elemental.
