Will running a registry cleaner turn off Leatrix Latency Fix?

I'm using CCleaner, specifically.

No it should be just fine.
CClearner is limited primarily to recent documents. internet browser history etc.
There is no reason for it to change anything related to your network connections.

Yeah, seemed not to touch it. I guess I just assumed that since it was cleaning out all unwanted junk in my registry that it would identify weird modifications to it as "junk" and get rid of it.
