Since when is everything for big screens or something? since i get a lot of scroll bars, all the things aren't on the right place due that my screen / resolution is too low?

Help plz, since its kinda annoying to have an add on top of your links ( Welcome, Tenkachii Notifications My Profile Settings Log out ( ones ))

I'm going to assume you use IE7. If that's the case, the admins are already working on fixing the layout in IE7. Until then, use a different browser or deal with the mess, unfortunately. I'm stuck using IE at work, myself.
