It looks shopped to me. He is alot brighter than the other gnoll like he is targeted, but there is no red circle on the ground.

The red circle on the ground disappears when you disable the UI

You know that you can mouseover a npc/pc without targeting them and their toon is brighter...right?

I was picked for the beta and i was also curious about good ol' hogger so i investigated, here is what i found!

He got his own hill just about where he usually spawned still lvl 11 (think he was b4) and has 666 hp

Now for the serious post: If this means Stocks is finally going to be a proper instance rather then a glorified elite area then I quote "Hell....It's about time"

I think every boss/named you kill from 1-59 should respawn inside Stocks... so when you go back in later - there is rooms full of your past deeds.

Stockades - second best instance following deadmines. Also, if anybody here has the beta, would you be able to make video confirmation? To see if it was added in for a build of the beta for lolz than may be taken out

The only problem now is on my higher levels I can't queue for a specific Stocks on my Horde toons... guess I'll just have to go kill Alliance on my way.

It has a couple bosses that drop loot & you have quests to go in there. What did you expect a jail to be....a long spread out instance like RFC?

Hmm well this is intresting.... it appears that Hogger is also atop his new hill called Hogger Hill



So either, the stocks hogger is a placeholder or....its some unfinished phasing where you capture Hogger and send him to the stocks, and he takes it over from there. (I like the second idea.)
