Apparently Worgen can't become undead, so this is comparable to asking what happens when an unstoppable force hits an immovable object. In other words, a Forsaken trying to do so is the reason we don't see Saurfang anywhere.

In general myth any form of fluid transfer spreads the disease, be it saliva, blood ect. ect.

actually the myth is if you are bitten by the werewolf, even if the teeth to not break the skin, also it was a magical curse, not some kind of disease.

also funnily enough the bite didn't need to come from a werewolf, it could have come from a barghest or devil dog as well.
