I heard there was going to be new starting spells in Cata. I know, in the beta, that warriors start with slam and i heard somewhere that shammies are going to start with lava burst. What are the classes in cataclysm starting out with?

Check the newly updated spells for cata,and browse by level.

Do you mean these? When choosing your tree you get a specific spell tied to which tree you choose?

No, it's not about the spec abilities. He is talking about the initial abilities at level 1.
