Talent Point Timeline?

I'm unsure if this has been asked (or answered for that matter) already, but I've done a search for this and haven't found anything specific yet.

I was wondering if anyone was able to give me (or point me to someone or some place that can) an outline of how talent points will be distributed in Cata.

An example (in case you're unsure of what I'm talking about):

Talent Point #1: Level 10
Talent Point #2: Level 12
Talent Point #3: Level 15
Talent Point #4: Level 17

etc...

Also, I've just assumed that we'll get the last five talent points from 81-85, is this correct?

As far as i know, its yet to be decided

From what I read on WoWhead.com its more of:

First Talent point at level 10, then 11, then 13, then 15, then 17, then 19, then 21 and so forth until level 79. From 80-85 you get talent points in sequence.
