The Illuminati of Alleria is a newly formed guild consisting of former 25 man, end game Raiders who got sick of raiding in WoW feeling like a job. So, we started The Illuminati, knowing we wanted a relaxed raiding environment, where we could have fun, raid with our friends, but still get the job done without having to raid with elitist jerks or "that guy" that does 2k dps. With 10 man and 25 man raiding gear in Cataclysm being the same, a selective 10 man raiding guild with a no drama/jerk policy was the answer for us. If the idea of a less than hardcore, friendly raiding guild, where everyone is required to pull their weight, sounds appealing, The Illuminati may just be for you!

Because we are a 10 man raiding guild, we are careful to not over-recruit and are only in need of the following:
[1 Tank] - Will consider any class other than DK, as we already have a full time DK tank.
[1 to 2 Healers] - Disc/Holy Priest is highly desired (Main spec Disc), also considering a Resto Druid.
[DPS] - We are not actively recruiting any dps atm, but if you consider yourself to be an exceptional player (the kind of player who is consistently at the top of the dps charts and can stay alive) and are interested in a 10 man raiding home for Cataclysm, please fill free to apply regardless of class/spec.

Our current raid nights are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 8pm CST - 11pm CST. We are currently 11/12 ICC 10, working on Lich King as I type.

Requirements to apply:
-2900gs minimum (if you're at 2887 or something similar please still apply for consideration)
-Must know at least 11/12 ICC
-Must be able to listen and speak in Ventrilo
-Must be able to attend a minimum of 2 raid nights per week
-Must be able to get out of the fire!
-Must be able to play nicely with others! (No jerks allowed)
