Scarelet onslaught - you need crit not exp for sure.

Get your rep ring too so you don't have to gem hit and enchant for it as well.

Nightmare tear in the ring slot is wasted too imo. If you want the armpen hardcap that bad pick up SE and it should put you right near it once you grab the new cape.

I went with the scarlet cloak which brings me to 1309 arp so im close to being hard capped!

I would checkout the heroic Shadow vault slayers cloak too, may prove an upgrade over the onslaught cape.
