Disconnection problems since patch 3.3.5

As the title says i get random disconnections since the last major patch without having bad connection or having high ms my game freezes and i DC it doesnt matter if im in dalaran ironforge or in a raid instance tanking a boss and i do know there a lot other people with this same problem but i havent yet seen blizzard respond to this.

I wonder if any of u has this same problem or has seen a blue post about this problem i tried everything check norton (as blizs told me to do so) my firewall reseting my router updating stuff on my computer i even desabled my addons and reset all my files but it just doesnt work.
