if they feed on fel magic they will turn into fel bloodelfs
the reason why bloodelfs has green eyes is because they overused magic after the sunwell was destroyed

Actually it's because they tapped into what they call the 'burning crystals', which are the condensed magic from the Netherstorm. It's kinda polluted, so that's why they got a (rather small) dosage of fel energies. Not to the extent of Kael's followers though.

I thought it was estimated that the population of Stormwind was greater than that of the whole Horde. The whole populations of the combined Horde cities minus Silvermoon ( no source for that) is around 47600 according to wowwiki( I know it isn't always reliable)

Horde population minus BE is around 73,590.(Using all four races other then Goblin and BE.) BE add around 300,000 to that mix creating around 373,000. The Goblins a highly populous race that breeds like rabbits would add around I'd say mabye a little less then 100,000 in. Plus the rest of the Horde in the six years that the Horde is no longer struggling to survive would result in population growths amongst the Trolls, Tauren, and Orcs. Finally the Forsaken are having a massive population surge now with the Val'kyr.

Blood Elves sucked in minor amounts of fel magic that had no blood of demons within them. The Fel Elves sucked magic directly from Terrorfiends absorbing not only the magic but the blood of the demons as well resulting in a demonic transformation.

BE = HE now the differences are more political then physical once again like how Highborne = Night Elves.

Where are you getting these numbers from?

Comes from wowwiki which uses the rpg numbers of the Alliance and Horde Player's Guides to take the current HE pop multiply it by 90% add it to the orginal to get the total pop after Arthas and then multiply that by 90% and add the original to come to a total of 2.5mil High Elves pre-Arthas. The rest of the Horde population is just standard actual given numbers.
