Another point, Randoms should be cut off til about lvl 83 as people will powerlevel right through them. :|

It's never, ever, ever faster to level through dungeons. Questing is always the best way to go. This is even more true early on in an expansion - you'll be wiping a lot for a few weeks.

Nah, every realm first I've ever known relay-leveled. Two or 3 people playing the same toon so it could be active non-stop. That was the only way to do it for a 10-level grind.

But, IIRC -- They were not "reset" they were banned, permanently.

No, it was temporary and their lvl was set back to 70 again
