Ok, I am going into a guild at the moment that will be doing full heroics difficulties on bosses, but not much 25's. I'll probably be pugging 25's for awhile.

Anything I should change? Im going to be a Holy Light Paladin. Not FoL.

Listed Solace (heroic) and Meteorite Crystal because they are from lower tiers. If you can't get them, Purified Lunar Dust + Tears of the Vanquished will be your best bet. I recommend pugging Toc 25 every week for a chance on Solace normal though. If you manage to get it, replace Tears of the Vanquished.

Why do you go with the Deathspeaker's Belt instead of the vendor belt? I thought the vendor belt was itemized better for holy pallys, and since your gemming for that socket bonus, wouldn't the +7 SP take priority over the +3mp5?

Deathspeaker's belt is many times better than the Vendor Belt. It has more haste, and mp5 instead of crit.
No, +3 mp5 is way better than 7SP. 3mp5 is equal to 4.998 int.

If you can't get the mail chest to drop, meteor chaser's raiment for 95 EoF is pretty nice too.

Same with the gloves. If you can't get those, get either mail gloves from Valirthia, or the cloth emblem gloves. For the belt you can get the one from Blood Queen aswell, or the Boe one, Belt of the Blood Nova.
