So, does HC philactery actually work any good with destro?

My other options are normal charred twilight scale or hc muradin's.

Ehm, HC twilight and HC dislodged are indeed BiS for affliction and demo, but HC philactery is third on the list, not muradin. HC muradin is roughly on par with normal philactery.

The only thing i'm after is finding out if the HC philactery is still worth it due to the fact you only have immolate to proc it. If not, then normal twilight scale is better for destro as i don't have access to hc hallion yet.
