Why is my dps low?

I know my gear is a lil behind but damn... we have 2 raid groups in my guild,our main group and a second group,I belong to the second group....and i cant pull near what the rets in our main group can pull

First of all, from what I saw in the brief look at the logs, the other ret is only beating you by 600 - 1k dps. Don't have an armory link to him, but if his gear is mildly better than yours and you lag a bit, that could be the difference. Secondly, no where did I see you use a potion of speed, they're cheap and easy dps. Finally, looks like some times you have trouble lining up wings with heroism with your hyperspeed accelerators... Now, its true that it would be a dps loss if you have to chose between a 3rd wings, or only getting 2 in while lining everything up, however your kills are fast enough that you're only going to get 2 in most of the time- so make sure they all line up together.
I'm curious as to your lag though- you have better gear than I do, yet I get about 600-1k more dps than you (just like your guildy.)

I do use potions of speed.99% of the time i pre-pop one as the tank pulls and once again during the fight.

edit- click on buff details at the top, then show buffs gained, click on the little # sign on the side of Avenging Wrath, accelerators, speed, and bloodlust to show how they overlap.

These are your buff details from the Saurfang kill- as you can see, you did get wings and hyperspeed together (the 2nd time you used wings, 3rd hyperspeed used) however about right when they ended, you got bloodlust. Delaying them 30 seconds to line up with bloodlust would have netted you more dps.

Again though, what's your latency like? From your gear you should easily be doing 14.5-15.5 on saurfang, festergut style fights.

latency is maybe 100 ms max and around 40 fps when the raid is in full motion .. no lag or frame problems to speak of

The only other thing I can think of then is that you're way over the hit cap (easy to do with TaJ, and your new RS boots)- any spare necks laying around in your bags without hit on them?

only spare neck is anhkahar neck.. but it also has hit..... I do however have the heroic taiga binding wrists.... 264 strength bracers with crit/haste i wear instead of ther heroic polar bear ones... i lose a very small amount of AP... but i gain the haste.... and more importantly... lose the un-needed hit

Those would certainly work, and any stat over un-needed hit is a plus!

A lot of your gear gives agility. You should choose gear with str. 1 str = 2 AP. That would raise your dps a lot.

I assume you have your rotation perfected by this point lol, but none the less, what rotation are you doing, I have you at Jud > DS > CS > Con > HoW > Exo being your top single target rotation.

Ok, stupid question here.... it looks like in your raid you had only one resto shaman on saurfang, while the other raid had *two. Your raid did not have any frost death knights. This difference couldn't just be that they had Windfury totem and you didn't, could it?

those buffs may play a factor.... another factor is..... due to the fact that the main groups overall dps is higher..making their fights shorter.. they dont fall from their peak highest dps as much.. thus inflating their numbers... so if I run with them my numbers are higher... but still.....

and yes traison that is the rotation I follow

Your forgetting the overall raid DPS, the 'first group' has 40k more raid DPS which increase's everyone's DPS, the faster a boss die's the longer people have CD's up - BL, etc. Also, the ret from the first group isn't really doing great DPS, 13.9k on saurfang, our ret's pull 17-18k on saurfang.

If your talking to me, one has SM and one doesnt, one with SM is usually ~800-1k dps ahead, but our raid DPS is a lot higher then your's (330k+ on saurfang)
