Raiding schedule: We raid 5 days a week with Friday and Saturday being days off. Raiding time: 18.45 to 23.30 GMT+1 ( When progressing raiding schedule and time can be flexable) Mission statement: We as a guild are heavily progress orientated. Our aim is to finish content among the first in Europe, while also maintaining a healthy balance between real life priorities and in game playing.

What makes Flare unique?
Flare is a guild that has existed for now well over 4 years. We as a guild have always strived to promote a healthy balance between raiding and real life commitments for our members, while also maintaining a heavy focus on progression. For us the quality of raids is far more important than quantity. Our community spirit within the guild (and server) is valued very highly and we view it as one of Flares primary strengths.
We been raiding since the start of TBC and finished all the content in that expansion including bosses like M'uru and KJ in Sunwell pre-nerf. During this expansion we been been raiding with the same kind of flow. Clearing all the older Wotlk content like Ulduar including all hardmodes, Algalon, Yogg-0 (EU 70), TOC 25 Insanity, ICC 10 HC Lich King (EU 41) and ofcouse the ones listed above.
We operate in a drama free zone, where any individual will be able to progress in terms of skill,while still having the very most important aspect of a game: Fun! For example we have a various active teams in different games, such as CoD MW2, Starcraft 2, Dota, HoN, Counter-Strike and we also have multiple time Gladiators (and deadly gladiators) from WoW arena PvP.
We also organize real life meetings from time to time, it is an excellent way to meet the player's behind the characters, For example Countries we been too are : Holland, Denmark, Dubai and more. An another example is that our biggest topic on the forum is 'Person behind the char'.
What we expect from you
We have made a few guidelines for how we view an ideal candidate;
Experience, skill and gear
• You have a deep insight into your own class and spec while also having a solid understanding of other classes roles in a raid environment.
• You know exactly which stats/gems/rotation/abilities will maximize your performance in a raid.
• You have a strong sense of awareness, surviving and adapting rapidly to any situation should present no problem for you.
• We value skill and personality higher than gear, however a recruit has to be decent gear to jump in current endgame raiding.
Activity
• You can attend at least 4 out of 5 raids per week. (80%+ Attendance)
• You're able to tell us up front whenever you aren’t available.
Personal
• You are atleast 18 years old.
• You value team spirit highly.
• You posses a healthy portion of common sense and use it.
• We value your opinion and you will get room to express yourself, but you also know when to be quiet and listen.
• You continuously seek to improve yourself and innovate your gameplay.
• You must be able to receive criticism and you don’t make drama.
• You understand how to be a part of a multinational group and you treat your co-players with respect.
• A good sense of humor is a great plus.
Alt/Offspec
• It is a plus for your application to have a good geared alt or able to make use of a good offspec
