Sadly it doesnt work in Arena, it seems like players complained about it beeing too shiny and distracting, thus unbalanced. Rofl.

THey havent complained about it, the tabard NEVER saw the light in arenas (no pun intended...maybe).

All items/spells with cooldowns with 10 min CD or higher are automatically disabled.
