Unfortunately, I can tell you right now you won't be getting those. Those are only available to the top tier of raiders, and require you to kill all bosses in Icecrown Citadel on heroic, among other things.

As for proto-drakes, you can get a red one from completing all the heroic dungeon achievements, a blue on from a random drop in Utgarde Pinnacle, a Time-Lost (bronze) one from a rare spawn in Storm Peaks, or a green one if you're lucky with your Oracles egg.

The black and plagued ones are no longer available.

There are Rusted and Ironbound ones available, but I doubt you'll be getting those, as they require all hard modes from Ulduar, and while those are easy now, they're not easy for a newbie unless you get carried through it. You may be able to pay a guild for the Rusted one from 10 man Ulduar. They normally go for 15k or so on some servers.

For 1 the Frost wryms aren't only availabe to the top tier raiders. You do not require to kill on bosses on heroic either.
You require 11/12 heroic wich i just pug with ease and some achievements wich will be done on normal mode. And they are easly puggable. Funny thing is i'm going to do the achievements tomorrow with a pug.
