I don't think there has been a patch yet, the things people with the client downloaded (myself included) was just the update for the new launcher. The people that have the client but aren't in the beta will have to wait until it gets leaked again to download it. Some people on beta forums are claiming there already is a new patch, 12635, which doesn't make sense because the current patch we're on is 12644.
