Simply put, is it worth getting in exchange for lower stats (My t10 pieces being 251's, my other 264 pieces is highly superior statwise)? I mean, sure it is an 35% extra healing cooldown, but on the other hand it has a 3 min CD, and I'm wondering if the stat sacrifice is worth it.

Definately worth the 'sacrifice' its another cd to counter DP with, no doubt its very useful.

I ways always using DI during Divine Plea anyways. Helps so you may actually gain mana, and now with the 2pc it counter-acts DP by just a tad amount.
