Hydraxian Waterlords returning in Cataclysm?

Any signs of them there? I'd like to finish my reputation with them ... :/

Just start running Molten Core until you get Exalted? :P at 11999/12000 only bosses gives Reputation and at 20999/21000 only Ragnaros gives Reputation I think

Blizzard had said since BC was released that they do not like the idea of giving players who have already gained rep with a faction any sort of head start in the new expansion, so while there may be factions that are similar (Cenarion Circle/Cenarion Expedition, Argent Dawn/Argent Crusade), they have different reputations.

In short, do not expect to see the Waterlords, at least not the faction from Vanilla.
