Elemental PvP gems

So I play as elemental for PvP, but I only do BG's (have no interest in Arena). I was wondering what you all would recommend gemming for for BG oriented PvP playstyle? I assumed just go for 23 Sp gems unless I need to meet requirements for a meta or a sokcet bonus is really good, do you think that is I bad idea? Any tips would be helpful.

Even if its only for BGs, having a min of 85 spell pen(is it 80 or 90, for Motw anyway) is always nice. And frankly, id go to 120 to be able to dispells those mages.

The rest is sp, haste, crit, depending on what you need.

Also, since you don't have much defensive CDs. Don't go easy on resilience. You'll need tons of it.
