Awkward but viable Holy spec?

Ok, this is basically for hardcore endgame progression.

My guild is working on Heroic 25 Halion and Heroic 25 LK. I was wondering if this would be a optimal spec.
The other holy pally I raid with has his points into Blessed Hands for the blessings. (http://www.wowhead.com/talent#sxAzgMbsVu0tgdxGzub)

Would this be optimal if I am raiding with the other Holy Pallys spec? We are both Holy and no way are we either going FoL

You don't have a tree or prot paladin for those fights? Also, if you NEED to max out Conc. Aura, take points from Lay on Hands instead.

What would your spec be for raiding with that other Holy Pally? Don't even use my ideas. If you had to redo your spec to co-inside with him, what would it look like?

Since I was playing Retribution for HLK and we were raiding without a Restoration Druid, I had our two Holy Paladins play the following specs:

We had no one in raid covering the full 6% healing buff. For us, it came down to having stuns on Val'kyr and being able to instantly stun everytime was key (and ended up being the difference maker for our kill). With 30%, Val'kyrs are much easier to deal with. If we were progressing now and Val'kyrs were not a common wipe problem I would have had the second Holy Paladin skip his Improved Hand of Justice and finish filling out Improved Devotion Aura.

A lot of classes spec into 70% pushback reduction, so the extra points in Conc Aura is often not needed, and can be covered by any paladin.
Do you have a resto shaman? If you do, the other paladin can move those points into Imp Conc aura, Imp Devo aura or Imp HoJ.
Do you raid with a resto druid or a prot paladin?
