If youre interested in checking out tukui, but the LUA editing part scares you, I can say I had no prior experience in LUA and I was able to tweak it just fine to my liking. If youre still uneasy about it, you could check out odine's edit of tukui. Its basically the same thing, a little different layout, but has a gui based editing.

Tukui 11 is said to include a GUI.

But overall Tukui isn't that hard to configure. some people would assume its hardcore nerd programming. Infact the code is well setout and illustrated so its easy to find what part you want to change. Even forums have great guides/Faq's.
