Death Knight
Ghoul Goulash: Your ghoul stuns all targets within a 6 yard radius for 6 secs and whirlwinds to deal 1200 damage + 120% weapon damage per second over the duration of the stun, refreshing your diseases on all targets affected, and increasing your strength by 900 for 10 secs. 30 sec cooldown.
Druid
Berserking Ravage: Increases the critical strike chance of your bleeds by 25% and increases their critical damage by a further 100%. Also refreshes all bleeds on your target and spreads the effects to three nearby targets. 30 sec cooldown.
Hunter
Chain Shot: A shot that does 2145-2263 nature and 1092-1185 arcane damage plus 120% weapon damage, stuns the target for 3 seconds, and places a debuff on the target that reduces their armor by 50% for 10 secs. Also places a dot on the target that ticks for 298-336 nature, 164-202 arcane and 50% weapon damage per second for 6 secs. 12 sec cooldown.
Mage
Invisible Clones: Your Mirror Image and Invisibility spells are combined to create four invisible clones that cannot be targetted. Each clone mirrors your attacks for 30 secs at 50% effectiveness. 2 min cooldown.
Paladin
Bubble Bath: When you activate your Divine Shield, all nearby party members become immune to stun and fear effects for the duration, and their strength, agility and intellect are increased by 240. Also reduces the cooldown by 3 min and Forbearance is reduced to 20 sec.
Priest
Mind Flogging: Your Mind Flay spell can now be cast on three targets simultaneously, reducing movement speed by 75% and causing the targets to drop their weapons for 10 sec. 6 sec cooldown.
Rogue
Eviscerenom: Eviscerate and Envenom are combined, doing the damage of both spells multiplied by three. Can be affected by all buffs and procs. 10 sec cooldown.
Shaman
Spirit Flame: Your Lava Burst spell now spreads to three nearby enemies, dealing 70% of damage done to the primary target and placing Flame Shock on all targets affected, while refreshing Flame Shock on your primary target. Internal cooldown of 12 sec.
Warlock
I don't know much about warlocks, but something along the lines of your main nuke spell refreshing dots and spreading them to other targets. Also, increasing the crit chance of dots by 25% and the damage they cause by 50%.
Warrior
Bladefury: A ring of swords surrounds the warrior, enraging the warrior and dealing 150% weapon damage per charge. 6 charges. Lasts 20 sec. Also places a bleed on the target that stacks for each charge that fires. Charges fire on main-hand weapon swings. 1 min cooldown.
