    If u are going to break a class with that atleast make it OP..5min is way too much i'd suggest 30sec tops

    Mage arcane talent: Reduces the cast time of ur arcane blast by 100% and removes the cooldown of ur arcane barrage. In addition Mana shield now drains no mana when absorbing damage

    Elam shamy; each second spent moving reduces the CD of ur Elemental mastery and whenever elemental mastery is active u take 60% less physical, nature, fire and frost damage

    Disc Priest - Reduces the weakened soul debuff duration from ur shield to 3sec and allows ur power word shield to stack up to 5 times

    Gonna do this for all my classes (or as many as I can come up with a good idea for)

    Death Knight: You're Obliterate no longer removes Diseases, its damage is increased by 50%, no longer costs runes, and stuns the target for 5 seconds.

    Warlock: (improved) Demonic Circle: Teleport cooldown reduced to 5 seconds, ranged increased to 100 yards. Upon using Demonic Circle: Teleport, your Damage over Time effects, and Haunt, are refreshed, the soul from the original Haunt is still returned.

    Priest: Your Mind Blast spell increases your haste by 300 for 10 seconds, it also reduces the cooldown of Psychic Scream by 3 seconds, and Psychic Horror by 6 seconds, per use. (Think Elemental Shaman 2 set tier 10 bonus)

    Enslave demon: works on Meta-form locks and world raid bosses.

    Or, for something that's not completely munchkin.

    Infernal: Summons an Infernal Guardian to do your bidding for 2 minutes. 2 second cast, 10 second cooldown.

    Yeah, it's hard to think realistically while still being blatantly overpowered :O

    You go into a bloodthirsty rage where every ability costs 0 rage and damage is increased by 50%. Lasts 10 secs unless you kill target then it refreshes. Has a 2 min CD

    Arcane -
    - Can't Get Enough of It - Allows your Arcane Blast to stack indefinitely. Lowers the mana increase on each application of Arcane Blast by 30/60/90% (3 Ranks)
    - Multiplication Addiction - Each successful Arcane Blast cast now applies 2/3 stacks of Arcane Blast. In addition, the mana increase on each application of Arcane Blast is reduced by an additional 5/10% (2 ranks)

    Fire -
    -IT BURNS! - Fire runs through your veins, giving you a 50/100% chance of causing each successful Fireball or Frostfire Bolt cast to do 100/200% more damage. Also reduces the cast time and increases the damage of the next Pyroblast or Fireblast by 100%. Stacks up to 3 times. (2 Ranks)
    -Hot Feet - Whenever you cast Pyroblast or Fireblast with three stacks of "IT BURNS!" active you cause the ground under you and your opponent to turn into molten lava, doing 200%/400% of the damage inflicted over five seconds. 50 yard radius. (2 Ranks)

    Frost -
    -Ice Cold Fever - You have a 30/60/100% to apply Ice Cold Fever when you cast Frostbolt on any target inflicted by the chilling effect. Roots the target in place for three seconds and silences them until the effect is over. Cannot occur more than once every second. (3 Ranks)
    -The World Stone - Whenever a target affected by Chill attacks you, a small frost kitty of doom will be summoned who will attack the enemy. There is no limit to the ammount of Evil Kitties able to be summoned at one time.

    Spells
    Treachery of Ancient Magic - You consume all friendly buffs on you, decreasing cast time by 60% and increasing all damage by 100%. Lasts 2 minutes or until cancelled. Buffs will be returned on cancellation as well as a buff that will increase all of your stats by 100% for 1 minute. 3 minute cooldown. (Arcane)

    Meteor Shower - Meteors rain from the sky around you, causing damage equal to 25% of your health instantly aswell as damage equal to 15% of your health over five seconds. Also applies the Fireball, Pyroblast, Living Bomb, and Frostfire Bolt DoT when the effect is over. 30 Second Cooldown. 50 Yard Radius.

    Ahune the Frost Lord - Summons Ahune to fight by your side. He will attack players for 50% of their health only once. If he finds that a player he attacked is now below 30%, he will eat him and heal you for the damage he did. Also increases your health by 200% while active. Lasts 5 minutes. Unlimted Range. 6 Minute Cooldown.




    I don't really play was frost or fire, so... yeah :P

    Bubble Bath: When you activate your Divine Shield, all nearby party members become immune to stun and fear effects for the duration, and their strength, agility and intellect are increased by 240. Also reduces the cooldown by 3 min and Forbearance is reduced to 20 sec.

    Priest
    Mind Flogging: Your Mind Flay spell can now be cast on three targets simultaneously, reducing movement speed by 75% and causing the targets to drop their weapons for 10 sec. 6 sec cooldown.

    Rogue
    Eviscerenom: Eviscerate and Envenom are combined, doing the damage of both spells multiplied by three. Can be affected by all buffs and procs. 10 sec cooldown.

    Shaman
    Spirit Flame: Your Lava Burst spell now spreads to three nearby enemies, dealing 70% of damage done to the primary target and placing Flame Shock on all targets affected, while refreshing Flame Shock on your primary target. Internal cooldown of 12 sec.

    Warlock
    I don't know much about warlocks, but something along the lines of your main nuke spell refreshing dots and spreading them to other targets. Also, increasing the crit chance of dots by 25% and the damage they cause by 50%.

    Warrior
    Bladefury: A ring of swords surrounds the warrior, enraging the warrior and dealing 150% weapon damage per charge. 6 charges. Lasts 20 sec. Also places a bleed on the target that stacks for each charge that fires. Charges fire on main-hand weapon swings. 1 min cooldown.

    new hunter talent "ewww, a corpse!" makes all players within 10 yards be feared for 5 seconds when you use feign death

    new rogue ability: pickpocket player. available at level 30. allows the rogue to pickpocket 1% of the gold carried by an enemy player or allied player and one random item from their inventory. 30 second cooldown, 10 seconds of being free for all attackable by all factions penalty after each use. if you die during this time, they get their stuff back.

    new rogue ability: Ninja Tricks. allows you to eat and drink at the same time. all other classes have this power removed

    new shaman glyph: Glyph of Thorim. increases the radius of your thunderstorm by 100%, increases the knockback effect by 30 yards and your enemies are stunned for 10 seconds upon hitting the ground.

    hunter glyph of sniping. increases the range of all your hunter shots by 150 yards

    warlock new succubus ability: attraction. taunts all enemies, including players, to attack it and not you for 20 seconds, and decreases all damage taken by it by 90%

    Snazzy: new ability only available to bank alts under level 20 and wearing a full tuxedo. causes the auction house to forget to take a cut from your auction profits due to being distracted by your fantastic suit.

    warrior: glyph of improved bladestorm. allows bladestorm to continue indefinitely until you manually remove the buff, and increases the radius of bladestorm by 25 yards.
